Smart casual is the best option. Beachwear, football shirts, tracksuits and overly casual sportswear are not permitted.

Yes. The Teppanyaki experience is specifically positioned as suitable for families, as well as couples and groups, and the Chinese menu is family-friendly too.

Allergens are clearly identified, but as our kitchens are not separate, we cannot guarantee dishes are completely free from cross-contamination.

The menu specifically asks vegetarian and vegan guests to tell their waiter so their exact requirements can be discussed. Cross-contamination cannot be completely guaranteed because there is no separate allergen kitchen.

Yes. Reservations for more than 10 people should be discussed directly with the team.

Yes, you’re very welcome to celebrate a birthday, anniversary or other special occasion with us.

You’re welcome to bring a small celebration cake or have one delivered to the restaurant on the day of your reservation. For allergen and food safety purposes, the cake must be accompanied by a receipt and a full list of ingredients. A plating charge of €1.50 per person applies. Alternatively, you’re welcome to choose from our dessert menu.

At the moment, we’re unable to arrange flowers on your behalf. However, we do offer pre-paid champagne options if you’d like to make the occasion extra special.

Yes. The restaurant has a terrace as well as its indoor dining and Teppanyaki areas.

You may request one, but specific tables cannot be guaranteed.

On the first floor of the Safari Centre, Avenida Las Américas, Playa de las Américas, opposite Hard Rock Café.

The Safari Shopping Center has its own private car park, which is your best option, although you can also find other parking options nearby.

For large-group bookings, peak booking dates and special events where card details are required, cancellations must be made at least 4 hours before your reservation time. Cancellations made after this time may be subject to a €20 per person charge.

Tables are held for 15 minutes. Contact the team if you are running late.

Guests sit around an iron hotplate while chefs prepare the meal directly in front of them, combining dinner with live cooking and entertainment.

Current Teppanyaki sittings are 6:30pm, 7pm, 9pm and 9:30pm
